A coalition of concern national youth groups in a meeting at Chelsea Hotel, Abuja today have resolved to embark on a two day demonstration against the Minister of Regional Development, Abubakar Momoh over what they discribed as misappropriation of portfolio.

In a press release read by the publicity Secretary of the coalition, Comrade Peterside Amachree, the coalition said Momoh is yet to understand what he needs to do as a Minister of Regional Development one year after President Bola Ahmed Tinubu created the Ministry.

“Engineer Momoh thinks the Ministry of Regional Development is a unit under the defunct Niger Delta Ministry he was handling. President Tinubu gave Momoh a Ministry that seems bigger than his thought and scope.

We have resolved to mobilize 30 buses of our members within the federation on Monday and Tuesday next week to the National Assembly and to the Presidential villa to register our concerns on why Momoh should be redeployed to Ministry of Labour or Ministry of Creative Arts.
