The lawmaker representing Anambra East and West Federal Constituency, Hon. Peter Udeogalanya (popularly known as Macpee), has congratulated Dr. Innocent Chidumebi Okonkwo, widely called Odogwu Aluta, on his election as the President General of Aguleri Community Assembly.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, Rep. Udeogalanya described Dr. Okonkwo’s emergence as a reflection of the people’s trust in his capacity, integrity, and long-standing commitment to the growth of the community.
He expressed confidence that the new President General would consolidate peace, unity, and development in Aguleri.
“As you take up this noble responsibility, I assure you of my unflinching support and collaboration towards initiatives that will foster development, strengthen communal harmony, and uplift the lives of our people,” the lawmaker stated.
He further prayed that Dr. Okonkwo’s tenure would be guided by wisdom, inclusiveness, and transformative achievements.
The election of Odogwu Aluta has been widely celebrated in Aguleri, with community members expressing optimism about a new era of leadership.
